Crescent provides merchants with processing equipment – including a card transaction reader – at no cost. This is something that 40,000 businesses who use our services appreciate a great deal. There are no enrolment fees and no costs attached to the standard equipment used in processing transactions.
3: Crescent Processing Company ties merchants to a long contract with expensive cancellation fees.
Crescent offers service agreements from as little as 24 months, half the 48 month industry standard. We also dismiss cancellation fees in the event the merchant sells up or goes out of business. This is just another of our many concessions to excellent and great value customer service.
4: Crescent Processing Company provides poor leads to reps
We use independent sales advisors (ISA’s) and all are given the best possible chance of success. We set appointments, and also record the agreement for the benefit of all concerned. ISA’s are party to a full explanation of the leads process when they are recruited.
